Responsibilities
- Provides support in the administration, control, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to reduce production downtime caused by equipment failures.
- Develops and implements maintenance schedules and strategies by line, ensuring efficient task allocation and enhanced visibility of losses.
- Manages asset information within the system, including equipment types, classifications, and variants.
- Strong technical expertise in manufacturing processes, basic manufacturing management, and quality systems and standards.
- Advanced knowledge of Allen‑Bradley PLC ControlLogix, industrial networks and drives, and Fanuc and Nachi robotics.
- Proven ability to diagnose and resolve failures in automated production lines.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in projects or in maintenance, integration, and/or operation of equipment in automated robotic lines....
