Automation and Equipment Maintenance Technician (Pasig) - Warehouse, SCommerce

Job Description

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on robots and automation equipment (e.g., conveyors, packing machines, automated storage and retrieval system and robotic system).
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on robots and automation equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, scanners, and control panels.
• Conduct regular audit inventory of spare parts to ensure availability.
• Ensure compliance of all automation systems with the safety standards.
• Provide technical support to warehouse operations during daily activities.
• Oversee materials handling equipment such as reach trucks, counterbalance, and powered pallet truck.
• Document maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering preferably with PRC license and NCII.
