**Overview of role**:Automation Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the HR teams, helping to identify automation opportunties, proposing & creating desktop automation solutions.The role will also involve close partnership with our Automation CoE team & peers across our global CI team to understand right automation solution, leveraging from internal tools where possible ensuring the roadmap is accurately prioritized & timelines are achieved.
**Responsibilities**:- Identifies technical solutions that meet emerging needs and improve efficiency of processes from an automation perspective.
- Consults with process owners, supervisors, managers & key stakeholders to understand the improvement opportunity ensuring support in the transformation of high quality, process execution throughout the HR organization.
