About the Role
This role focuses on enterprise optimization—partnering with Operations, Finance, Client Services, Support, Sales Ops, and Technology to translate real‑world problems into implementable solution designs. You’ll work with internal teams and outsourced vendors to move ideas from discovery to MVP to scaled rollout, with clear measures of impact.
What You’ll Do
Supporting Process Improvement and Automation Opportunities
- Take part in discovery sessions to understand current workflows and pain points
- Observe how work is done and help document processes and issues
- Support the identification and prioritisation of improvement opportunities using simple criteria (impact, effort, risk, time to value)
- Learn where automation or AI can help (e.g., extraction, classification, summarisation, decision support) and where simpler workflows are more effective
