Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- At least aHigh School Graduate (Vocational or Technical training is a plus but not required).
Experience:
- No prior experience required —training will be provided.
- Must have a strongwillingness to learn and follow instructions .
Technical & Physical Skills:
- Ability to usebasic tools and equipment (training will be provided).
- Physically fit tolift, carry, and install heavy glass materials .
- Goodhand-eye coordination and attention to detail .
Soft Skills & Work Ethics:
- Hardworking, responsible, and eager to learn .
- Ability to workwell in a team and follow senior installers' instructions .
- Willingness towork overtime and travel for installations if needed .
