Responsibilities
- Verify coverage and investigate liability, damages, and the scope of loss for assigned auto claims
- Evaluate claim facts, determine claim value, and negotiate settlements
- Investigate multi-vehicle accidents and complex loss scenarios
- Manage an assigned inventory of claims independently while maintaining quality and productivity
- Provide proactive, transparent, and timely communication to customers, claimants, and agents
- Maintain accurate claim documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior claims handling experience
- Ability to independently manage an inventory of auto claims
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage and liability investigations
- Ability to obtain and maintain required state adjuster licenses
