Auto Body Technician (Dundas)

Job Description

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, disassembling, repairing and reassembling each vehicle, and working with all team members to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles.
• Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
• Remove and install welded and sectioned parts.
• Assess and repair structural components.
• Use frame equipment.
• Apply new knowledge and skills to maintain a high level of quality and productivity, contributing to KPIs (Sales, CP, EBITA, BHPD, NPS).
• Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance.
