Job Summary

The Estimator will provide an exceptional customer experience, create estimates, coordinate repair needs, and ensure compliance with insurance and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure ASE is updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details from every customer interaction
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent service
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics
• Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
