Job Overview
Azam Consultancy Limited is looking to hire a competent and motivated Audit Senior for its Multan office. The ideal candidate should have strong external audit experience gained from a reputable audit firm and be capable of independently handling audit assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute external audit engagements in accordance with ISA and firm methodologies
- Prepare audit planning, risk assessments, audit programs, and working papers
- Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements
- Supervise and guide audit juniors and trainees during fieldwork
- Liaise with clients to obtain audit evidence and resolve audit queries
- Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations
- Assist managers/partners in finalization of audit files and reports
- Meet assignment deadlines while maintaining quality standards
