Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements in accordance with US GAAP, GAAS, and firm methodologies
- Perform audits of Employee Benefit Plans (401(k), pension, profit-sharing plans), including ERISA and DOL compliance requirements
- Prepare and review audit work-papers, financial statements, and related disclosures
- Identify accounting and auditing issues and propose practical solutions
- Ensure compliance with internal quality control standards and regulatory requirements
- Perform detailed review of work executed by staff (Analysts and Associates)
- Implement high standards of quality for performance of team and monitor engagement progress
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients
