The internship position is in the United Nations Information Centre (UNIC) in Mexico City.
The UNIC for Mexico, Cuba and the Dominican Republic is the primary information source of the United Nations System in the countries it serves.
The UNICs are responsible for promoting a better understanding of the Secretary-General ́s priorities and the impact of the United Nations ́ work.
In addition, UNICs lead the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) and Resident Coordination Office (RCO) communications and advocacy functions.
