We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Insurance Broker Support professional. You will act as the support between clients and insurance providers, helping individuals and businesses identify, evaluate and obtain suitable insurance solutions. The role requires a solid understanding of insurance products, risk management and Australian regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on insurance needs across personal, commercial and specialty products
- Research and source insurance products, comparing policies and premiums from multiple insurers
- Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support, policy reviews and claims assistance
- Prepare quotations, proposals and insurance documentation
- Work within APRA and ASIC regulatory requirements
