Company Description Justice4Mariners is a U.S. maritime law firm that represents seafarers and holds the maritime industry accountable for abuse at sea.The Attorney: Human Rights & Investigations drives the firm's records-litigation and investigative work, under the supervision of admitted counsel.This is a full-time remote role built on three things: FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) litigation, investigations, and writing/publishing.You will draft public-records requests built to make denial difficult, run exemption analysis, and prepare records litigation to compel disclosure, working with the firm's admitted counsel.This role demands two kinds of writing at a high level: the legal writing that wins records and moves litigation, and the public writing that turns what we uncover into published investigations.This is a rare chance for a bilingual lawyer outside the U.S. law firm supporting federal litigation, FOIA practice, and high-impact investigations.You will build skills, expe...
