ATM & Self-Service Terminal Support Specialist

VAM Systems is looking for an ATM Support Consultant for their Dubai operations, responsible for providing maintenance and support for ATM Switch and Self Service Terminals. The ideal candidate must have over 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in a specialized role related to ATM applications.

The consultant will track and report incidents, ensuring service availability according to established SLAs. The role requires strong domain knowledge and communication skills. Candidates must be available to join within two weeks.
