Qualifications
- Administer and configure Jira Service Management and Jira Software.
- Design and maintain projects, workflows, screens, custom fields, permissions, SLAs, request types, forms, and service portals.
- Develop and maintain automation rules, dashboards, reports queues, and self-service solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Check Point departments to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Monitor system performance, manage platform upgrades, and apply best practices for platform reliability and scalability
- Create and deploy AI based projects or solutions that enhance business operations, drive innovation, and improve decision making across various domains
