Athletic Academic Coordinator

Job Description

A person in this role supports student‑athletes by positively impacting their collegiate experience, retention, persistence and graduation. The employee will serve as the Athletic Academic Coordinator for assigned Olympic sports and will assist with the coordination of the RamLife Program (student‑athlete development) supporting students’ career, community service and leadership aspirations.

Essential Job Duties

Academic Coordinator for a caseload of student‑athletes and assigned Olympic sports.

• Evaluate academic risk levels and develop academic and graduation plans for student‑athletes and monitor their academic progress in accordance with NCAA, conference and University requirements.
• Meet with individual students and maintain accurate and complete individual files.
