Key Responsibilities
- Assist in various Assurance risk management and quality control projects
- Assist and provide support in data collation for periodic monitoring and compliance testing
- Assist with administering various technology tools and platforms for quality control monitoring
- Assist in developing and/or updating solutions to common queries, including relevant practice aids and templates
- Where appropriate, work with other Lines of Service risk and quality teams
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent team player
- Self‑motivated and confident
- Able to perform under pressure
- Willing to learn
- Government clearance required
