  • Be first point of contact for customer concerns.
  • Analyze the customer requirements and resolve the identified problems and risks.
  • Drive Structured problem-solving approach for any quality issues, customer rejections & initiating appropriate corrective actions, permanent actions & lessons learned along with Cross Functional team.
  • Interacting with different customers on day to day to establish & strengthen Customer Quality.
