:We are looking to hire an Assistant Finance Manager for our factory who will be responsible for managing the financial operations of a manufacturing site. The responsibilities will include: • Cost Control & Budgeting: Drive factory cost management through detailed analysis of production costs, variance tracking, and adherence to annual budgets. Finance Business Partner , responsible for forecasting , tracking, and reporting an annual spend of approximately Rs 190 Cr across 15 sites (both 3P and 2P). The role ensures adherence to compliance and controls, supports statutory audit requirements, manages cost actualization and payments, and partners with the business to deliver targeted savings.
• Compliance & Controls: Maintain strong internal controls at the factory in all areas like- inventory, assets, gate movements, segregation of duties, etc and ensure audit readiness.
