You will provide comprehensive legal support in Finance, Corporate, and Commercial law matters, managing client relationships and handling a diverse portfolio of legal work. - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
- Admitted Attorney (Law Society of South Africa)
- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate
- Minimum 3-5 years post-articles experience in Commercial, Corporate, or Finance law
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
- Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal databases
- Exceptional communication and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and professional judgment
