Associate, Vendor Operations Administrator, Technology Group (1 Year Contract)

This role is part of the Technology Group and focuses on vendor operations administration on a 1‑year contract basis.

• Vendor Governance & Lifecycle Administration
  • Support end‑to‑end vendor lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, extensions, renewals, and compliance with GIC’s governance policies.
  • Track vendor resource engagements, contract milestones, expiry dates, and compliance requirements to ensure timely action and approvals.
  • Coordinate submission and follow‑up of Purchase Requests related to vendor staffing, renewals, and non‑panel engagements.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, audit‑ready vendor records in the GIC Vendor Management System, ensuring data integrity and alignment with governance standards.
