Associate Urban Designer

The Associate Urban Designer will contribute to the delivery and leadership of complex urban development and masterplanning projects that shape the future of cities.

• Lead Masterplanning and Urban Design projects across multiple design stages (Pre-Concept, Concept and Detailed Masterplan).
• Coordinate effectively with internal disciplines and external subconsultants to deliver coherent, integrated multi‑disciplinary solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to urban designers within the team, supporting their professional development.
• Perform and manage complex urban design and planning tasks including research, analysis, design development, and preparation of technical documentation.
• Review, monitor and ensure project outputs comply with local authority requirements, planning policies and international best practices.
