Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the management, leadership and direction of the University Registrar's Office, Academic Advising Centre, Info Carleton and for the timely and accurate delivery of registrarial information and services to students and the university community.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of leadership practices in people management, strategic planning and risk management, policy development, financial management and stakeholder relationship management.
- Familiarity with issues and trends at Carleton and in the higher education sector related to the functions of the University Registrar’s Office, Academic Advising Centre and Info Carleton services.
- Knowledge of academic policy and regulations, including records, registration, petition and appeals, academic evaluation and convocation.
