This role is pivotal in adapting creative activities to align with individual abilities and aspirations, empowering learners to express themselves, build confidence, enhance wellbeing, and foster independence through artistic engagement. The Associate Tutor is responsible for cultivating a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment where learners can achieve personal goals at their own pace, develop practical and social skills, and experience a sense of accomplishment through creative expression.
