Associate, Trade & Business Development

Trade Marketing Executive supports the execution of commercial and trade initiatives across retail channels to drive sales growth, strengthen retail partnerships, and deliver best-in-class in-store execution. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams, this role ensures the effective delivery of promotional campaigns, product launches, and retail activations while supporting commercial objectives and operational excellence.

The incumbent will play a hands‑on role in coordinating day‑to‑day trade marketing activities, supporting key retail accounts, monitoring campaign execution, and ensuring merchandising excellence across retail touchpoints. This role requires a commercially minded individual with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering impactful retail experiences that contribute to Hegen’s business growth.
