Our client has an opportunity available for an Associate Tele-underwriting Consultant based in Port-Elizabeth.
Requirements
- Exceptional telephonic skills.
- Knowledge or experience in health-related terminology.
- Previous call center or customer service experience.
- Matric with Mathematical Literacy or NFS achievement level 3.
Responsibilities
- Perform outbound calls for confirmation of cover and other questions that may arise after the online capture of new electronic proposal applications on the system.
- Ensure that agreed targets are met of the internal service level agreement.
- Ensure quality assurance of all captured information and where necessary, escalating any issues appropriately.
