What You’ll Be Doing The following responsibilities will be performed under the guidance of Managing Directors or Executive Directors. The role of an Associate is challenging and fast‑paced, requiring dedication, a solid work ethic, and acceptance of flexibility in personal time commitments.

Industry research and analysis – Conduct industry research and analysis to identify and assess investment banking business opportunities. Provide analytical, research, and presentation support for professionals within the group. Prepare industry and financial analysis, conduct comparable value and transaction precedent analyses.

Client proposals – Develop and audit sophisticated financial models, play a key role in preparing client proposals (“pitchbooks”) and executing client mandates.

Due diligence – Assist with company due diligence investigations and execute all facets of the group’s mandates.
