Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to draft and document technical requirements (PRDs & Story Points)
- Support execution of tactical projects by tracking tasks and managing blockers
- Facilitate cross-functional communication on system improvements and operational roadmaps
- Provide tactical support and maintenance for Salesforce, including user management and configuration
- Assist with implementing system enhancements and user-focused troubleshooting
- Identify opportunities to leverage application capabilities to increase productivity
