Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Document and track service requests in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the onboarding of new users and setup of devices.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
- Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot software/hardware issues, and assist customers with inquiries.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong tech support skills, excellent customer service, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.
