Program Delivery & Execution
Lead the end-to-end execution of innovation and accelerator programs, ensuring delivery against timelines, milestones, KPIs, and client expectations.
Drive program planning, governance, risk management, and operational excellence across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions to ensure successful outcomes.
Corporate & Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners, startups, mentors, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
