Associate Solution Owner – Global Commercial Operations Omnichannel Delivery Team
Key role responsible for translating business requirements describing enabling functionalities in a customer journey engagement into actionable instructions for a team of cross‐functional channel configuration specialists. The role documents and refines requirements using AstraZeneca‐defined collaboration tools and documentation templates. Additionally, the Associate Solution Owner develops standard process documentation and training materials and identifies operational process improvement opportunities.
