Associate Software Technical Analyst

We’re looking for an Associate Software Technical Analyst to join our Segment Tech - GWAM Production services team at MBPS.

Position Responsibilities

• Perform analysis and troubleshooting by coordinating with L2 Support to resolve application issues.
• Conduct/attend knowledge transfer, shadow training, and reverse shadow training if needed.
• Generate and monitor and provide daily, weekly, monthly reports to business managers.
• Perform Ad Hoc tasks and fulfill special projects assigned by Onshore and Offshore Leads.
• Identify issues and apply necessary corrective action or ensure incident and change tickets are assigned to the correct resolver group.
• Ammenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City).
• Ammenable to work on a hybrid set‑up (3× a week onsite).
• Ammenable to work in any shift schedule assigned (morning/mid shift; but flexible depending on business need).
