Associate

The role supports the delivery of operational and change initiatives across APAC trading desks (Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, and Sydney). Projects may include new trading initiatives, access to new markets and securities, and operational changes driven by market, regulatory, or technology developments. The role partners work closely with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Operations, Technology, Legal, and Compliance, as well as external service providers, brokers and custodians. This role is well suited for candidates with a strong operations background looking to build on their experience and transition into a project-based role with broader exposure to markets, products, and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Candidates should have a solid understanding of middle/backoffice processes across the trade lifecycle, including execution, funding, confirmation, and settlement. Exposure to APAC markets (e.g., China, India, Korea, Taiwan) is beneficial but not requir...
