Projects, Energy and Infrastructure advises public and private sector clients on domestic and international projects spanning all infrastructure sectors including transport (road, rail, ports, airports), energy (oil & gas, power, renewables), social (hospitals, schools, prisons), defence and digital infrastructure.
Our team focuses on front‑end projects work including project structuring, due diligence, documentation and contract negotiation, drawing upon particular expertise in construction law and public‑private partnerships (PPPs). They work closely with our other practice areas including Project Finance, Real Estate, Planning & Environment, Corporate and C&I Disputes to cover the full project life cycle.
