The Shared Services Associate Analyst executes a sub‑process within a business process area. The role completes daily actionable steps, accurately enters data, resolves problems, manages documents, communicates with internal and external customers, seeks process improvement opportunities, and ensures seamless execution of the sub‑process.

• Execute established operational processes within the business capability end‑to‑end process, following standardized procedures and guidelines.
