Primary purpose of the position
: The role of the Shared Services Associate Analyst is to execute a sub process within a business process area.
In completing daily actionable steps, the Associate Analyst role completes various deliverables by accurately entering data, quickly resolving problems, managing documents, communicating with internal/external customers, looking for process improvement opportunities, and being accountable for the seamless execution of a sub process.
Associate Analysts are critical to the successful operation of General Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers by serving as a high‐performing member of the end‐to‐end process team.
