The Technical Solutions Support Administrator is an administrative role within NCC Group’s Sales Engineering & Field Strategy team, based in Manila. This role manages the daily triage process for presales requests, ensuring timely allocation of opportunities to the appropriate Solution Architect team members. The position also supports process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency across presales operations and documentation management.
