Associate Research Analyst

LDC is looking for a Research Analyst to join the Research and Trading team who will be solely responsible for primary and secondary data collection and participating crop production analyses, share production related aspects and trend analysis to the business and contribute towards effective business results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement and supervise the agreed research methodology for analytical crop estimation.
• Contribute to the development of research methodology and strategy, including continuous refinement based on observations during crop tours.
  Build and maintain global balance sheets for all types of agri commodities.
• Conduct primary research and data collection from various sources to analyze trends in prices, volumes, and market behavior.
• Conduct crop tours across different regions of India — the role requires extensive travel.
