Job Title – Associate Relationship Manager-Group
Business Unit - Retail Banking-Rural Banking
Function- Rural Sales
Job Purpose
The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support the Relationship Manager in identifying prospective customers and converting them into real business opportunities. The role bearer is responsible for helping create Joint Liability Groups and centres and manage them through the formation, disbursal and collection phases while driving client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship.
