Overview

Sitting within the wider International Capital Markets team at JLL, the Real Estate Investment Banking team focuses on advising clients on M&A, Recapitalisations, JVs, and Strategic Reviews.

Role Responsibilities

• Qualitative and quantitative analysis of real estate and corporate business opportunities for our client base, including complex financial modelling, transaction structure analyses and positioning, and support of Directors in presenting business ideas to our client.
• Project execution across a wide range of products as a fully client‑facing team member, where you will be expected to lead and manage project workstreams.
• Development of proprietary sector know‑how, closely following developments in the real estate sector, thereby developing a fundamental understanding of the sector.
• Team‑up with other JLL teams to ensure best‑in‑class service to our clients.
