Associate Quantity Surveyor

The Associate Quantity Surveyor supports the QS team in providing cost management and commercial advisory services across construction projects. This role involves assisting with cost estimation, tender documentation, contract administration, and financial reporting under the guidance of senior quantity surveyors.

• Assist in preparing preliminary cost estimates and budget forecasts
• Conduct quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and pricing documents
