Job Summary

The Services Go to Market Switzerland Team (RedHatEMEA) is looking for an organized and detail-oriented associate to join our fast‑paced environment in a role focused on following detailed instructions and standardized procedures to complete assigned tasks and meet deadlines. The position involves coordinating technology‑based projects to ensure tasks are delivered following routine procedures and supporting project management activities for revenue forecasting and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of customer engagements by coordinating project activities, schedules, and team touchpoints.
• Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies using RedHat project governance standards.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project documentation, including status reports, action logs, RAID logs, and meeting summaries.
