Associate Professor

The department of Media and Creative Industries at UAEU is seeking to make appointment for a full-time faculty at the Associate Professor level. We seek a candidate with professional experience in broadcast production including reporting and presentation, and with a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching.The department offers a BA major in Mass Communication with concentration in Television and Radio. Range of courses taught in the concentration include media production and presentation as well as digital story-telling, preparing students for careers across the media industries.The successful candidate will contribute to an evolving media curriculum and take active part in preparing students for careers in a changing and converging media landscape.

Applicants must have an earned doctorate in the applicable field. The ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must. Industrial and professional experience is a plus.
