The Role & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a candidate who will support the strategic direction of product (Versa App) positioning and development and work closely with the Marketing, Engineering and other stakeholder(s).

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for businesses to request or share ideas for product capabilities & feature
• Engage business stakeholders to collaborate and co-create product capabilities & features
• Evaluate business value of new capabilities in collaboration with business & strategy team to recommend prioritization
• Define and document comprehensive business requirements using best practices e.g., UML
• Conduct end-to-end analysis of user journey, back-end processes, and operational requirements for product capabilities to identify and document improvement/enhancements
