Associate Product manager
Join us to build next-gen Agentic AI experiences that power how enterprises work. We're looking for an Associate Product/Product Manager to own high-impact Agentic AI products built on an enterprise ITSM platform.
You'll drive the end-to-end roadmap, shape customer engagement across apps, chatbots, and integrations, and work closely with senior leadership.

Role overview:
Own the AI at Work (AIW) product built on the Apex 2.0 ITSM platform, delivering agentic AI use cases and vertical agents (e.g., HR agent). Lead the engagement layer strategy and product roadmap execution, including customer-facing experiences across mobile apps, chatbots, and integrations (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
