About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who will provide support and expertise to several sales teams within the Real Estate industry. Responsibilities include developing, administering, and maintaining a portfolio with primarily complex companies (public and private) with loans and/or deposits generally over $10,000,000.

Reporting to the Director of Portfolio Management in Real Estate, you will focus primarily on providing credit assessment, risk analysis, account maintenance, and assist with achieving profitable growth while ensuring optimum customer service is provided.

In return, you will be exposed to a development plan that hones your technical and relationship‑management skills in Real Estate Lending and allows you to engage with internal partners such as risk management, treasury, financial markets, payment solutions, advisory services, documentation and administration.
