Job Purpose
The Associate, Portfolio Management will support the CEO and senior portfolio management team in monitoring, analysing and managing Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT)'s portfolio. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support investment decisions, portfolio optimisation and capital allocation, with the objective of delivering sustainable, riskadjusted returns.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis
Support ongoing portfolio monitoring by gathering operational and financial data from portfolio companies.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on portfolio performance, risks, value drivers and returns.
Assist in identifying performance gaps, emerging risks and improvement opportunities across assets.
