Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact point for project‑related matters.
- Manage client expectations to ensure satisfaction with PrimeVigilance services and that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Prepare project scope and objectives based on the signed agreement between the client and PrimeVigilance.
- Plan project activities, including deadlines and interim milestones.
- Prepare and report monthly reports for clients and PrimeVigilance management, providing a basis for invoicing.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated pharmacovigilance experience, including processing and quality review of individual case safety reports, writing or contributing to aggregate reports, literature screening, reconciliation, and preparation of SOPs.
- Experience in PV project management, ideally within a service provider or CRO setting.
- Health care professional or life science graduate.
