The purpose of the Associate Pastor’s job is to assist the staff team in organizing, leading and fulfilling the various ministries of the church in an organized, efficient and Christ honoring manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform duty under the direct consultation of the Senior Pastor.
• In the absence of a Senior Pastor, be responsible to the Congregational Moderator as well as the Advisory Board.
• Assist in the promotion of evangelism and creating evangelistic opportunities / training.
• Preach / teach the Word in its purity and power, including preaching at a minimum of 12 times per year and participating in / leading a Life Group.
• Help oversee the office administration of this church, including:
