The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Associate Organisational Change Support Officer to support a large-scale transformation program focused on enhancing service delivery, stakeholder engagement, workforce capability, and organisational readiness.
This role will work closely with Change Managers, project teams, business stakeholders, and end users to support the successful delivery of change initiatives across a complex program environment.
